Remote Tools Disabled, Will Remote Assistance Work?

Question

Hello,

Recently my company merged with another.

The new company has SCCM but has Remote Tools disabled, but wants to allow Remote Assistance.

Is this possible?

I thought that you need to have Remote Tools enabled to allow Remote Assistance to function properly via SCCM Management Console.

Am I correct in my assumption?

Thank you,

Akash

Hi,

There are now connection between remote tools and remote assistance to get them to work through the sccm console, you even configure remote assistance using group policy objects and still launch the remote assistance session using the SCCM console.
