unable to deploy package

I've been trying out to deploy sample package using firefox as the one. unfortunately, package were not able to advertised on the client. Mind if you could help me out. Here's the sample last line log on execmgr.log. Hoping for your assistance. Thanks

Have you defined an AD account for SCCM that has local admin rights on your clients?

I'm using my existing account which a member of domain admins.
