I have recently renamed a user(as a result of getting married). When in cached mode the user doesn't show up. When in non-cached mode they do. If I log into Outlook Web Access I can see their name in the address book. I came across this: http://blogs.msdn.co...a-gal-sync.aspx. The command (set-mailbox) itself doesn't work when using the ShowInAddressbookUser parameter. I have confirmed the user is not hidden from the GAL either. I have renamed user's in the past and haven't run into this. I'm sure I am missing something stupid, anyone? (Exchange 2K7)
