Using SCUP2011 and can't get some updates to sync to SCCM

Question

I have a test environment set up which has SCCM 2007 and SCUP 2011 (all using the wonderful tutorials here which were a life saver!!). I've been able to subscribe to the Adobe catalog and can publish their updates. When I run synchronization in SCCM I can monitor the wsyncmgr.log file and see the published update synchronized and they show up in the console.

I have another catalog that I have created for testing and it imports into SCUP just fine. I can even select an update and publish it without any issues showing up in the SCUP.log. However, when I run synchronization in SCCM, the wsyncmgr.log file shows that 1 update is being processed but it never shows the GUID of the update and that it synchronized that update. It just immediately says synchronization is done. The update never shows up in the console and there are no errors in the wsyncmgr.log file.

This happens when I publish full content. If I publish Meta data only, the update syncs and shows up in the console.

Any ideas?
