zenodj Posted December 1, 2011 Report post Posted December 1, 2011 Hy dear, actually in install SCCM 2007 r3 and now i want to extend our AD we have AD like this FOREST.LAN ->domain1.forest.lan ->domain2.forest.lan - child.domain2.forest.lan -> domain3.forest.lan I suppose that i need to go to a DC in a forest.lan and launch extadsch.exe It is not correct to go domainx.forest.lan and extend it and after replication, need to follow http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb633121.aspx in particular Because domain controllers do not replicate their System Management container to other domains in the forest, you must create a System Management container for each domain that hosts a Configuration Manager site.
