Creating a query in sccm 2012

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to create a query so that I can find out what systems have say "Firefox" installed on them. Whenever I create a query for hardware is brings back the correct systems, but when creating a query for software it only ever brings back on device and I know there are a lot more with Firefox installed. I create query, give it a name, leave it as system resource and click edit query statement. From there under general I add system resource name and then under criteria I add a simple value of software products-product name which is equal to Firefox (does the same for whatever product I choose). Then I run the query only one device only ever comes back and it’s always the same device? Do you have any ideas? When I click the value button under Software products - product name I’m not sure whether that is just a list of software from that one pc, but I’ve not selected that one pc anywhere and I haven't limited it to a collection?

Please help

Thanks

Matt
