Task Sequence fails with 0x080070002 error

Question

Hi,

I have created a Task Sequence to deploy Win 7 along with other apps using SCCM 2007 SP2 R3 with "ConfigMGr". The Win 7 OS installs successfully but any other app fails with an error "0x080070002 the task sequence failed to execute".

I know the apps locations are correct and all deploy successfully when ran from there own advertisement, but I need to create a Zero touch sequence.

I have tried removing apps that the sequence failed on out of the sequence, but it will just fail on another one.

I had a look at the smsts log and they are a few other error codes. It looks like its not accessing the SMSPKGD share to access the apps for deployment. Is the errors I'm receiving simply down to a incorrect password issue, or is there something else causing my problem.

I have attached the log if any one can help to see where its failing.

Thanks

Within the logs the main two errors are Http result:401 SendResourceRequest() failed with 0x80004005

And

It reports a problem with the invalid username and password, then later reports failed to access share with network access account, even though its added into the share with full permissions.

*******Update*********

The task sequence works intermittently, could this be linked to a DNS problem, is the errors in the logs that i'm receiving relate to a DNS issue? or something else.
