Account lockout error in SCCM

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys,

Please help me with this issue.

At my work we have a central site plus 3 site servers and one fall back server for SCCM. today suddenly the fall back server and one of the site server giving me an error saying

"SMS Site System Status Summarizer could not access storage object "\\PTCSCCM2\C$\SMS" on site system "\\PTCSCCM2". The operating system reported error 2147944309: The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to." in the Site system status.

In the central site server there were three errors in the Site status

fisr one:

SMS management point encountered an error when connecting to the database SMS_PTA on SQL Server PTCSQLP2. The OLEDB error code was 0x80004005.

then after 5 mins, the second one:

MP Control Manager detected management point is not responding to HTTP requests. The HTTP status code and text is 500, Internal Server Error.

then soon after this error:

MP Control Manager detected DMP is not responding to HTTP requests. The http error is 12152.

Possible cause: DMP service is not started or not responding on all DMP physical machines.

I have recreated the MP on the Central site server, but the errors are still there (the ststus hasn't updated since 1pm now it's 7.30 pm here). all the other site server are green

I have checked the Network access account , and it's not locked in AD.

Has anyone seen this before? please help.
