Use Remote control from client pc without configuration manager installed

Is there a possibility to use Configuration manager Remote control from client computers without having the console installed? (on 2007 there was rc.exe + dll file)

solved myself, found under \Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\AdminConsole\bin\i386

there was a client settings edit on the sccm 2012 server in my organization. after the client was rolled out, all RDP was disabled on all win7 and win08 OS's

i have removed the servers of the network for the moment and have loaded RDP locally via mmc (local gpo)

what am i doing wrong?

Check the Remote Tools -section in the Client Policy Settings.
