Using remote tools for a user object

Hey guys,

 

Is there a way to use remote tools for a user object? Under the All users collection the Start -> Remote tools is not available. Does something need to be enabled in Remote Toosl Client Agent? I couldn't find any answers or resources on the web.

 

Alternatively is there a way to add an Active Directory attribute under the user object that will display the Computer Name?

Sorry, but you must remote control a computer and not a user, there is no way to modify that.
