I'm having issues with clients at one site. The site is a primary child site. This was required because of firewall rules. We have a full open connect between the primary and the primary child.

When on the site server I can see the advertisements for both machines and users. The machines get the machine policies but not the user based policies. I've checked the logs but don't see any issues.

Anyone have an thoughts?

In the Client Agents, Advertised programs client agent, have you enbabled "Allow user targeted request" ?

Just double checked and this is enabled.
