sislam Posted May 24, 2012 Report post Posted May 24, 2012 Hi, I was following your article on WDS and its implementation. I have both WDS and MDT configured on a separate server then DHCP. Everything has been configured accordingly. However I am still getting PXE-T01 and PXE-E3B on the client’s F12 option. I have unchecked do not listen on port 67 and configure option 60…. on the wds server setting After unchecking DHCP server option 60 i am getting PXE-E32 error. Could you kindly help please. 0 winoutreach5 Posted June 25, 2012 Report post Posted June 25, 2012 Zeuzzzz, This error can happen when the DNS server service binds to all ports in the Windows Deployment Services port range. You might want to try the workaround listed in this Microsoft Knowledge Base article. If you do not require a static port range, you would do as the KB page states: First, navigate to the Registry Editor within Windows Server by clicking on Start, typing “regedit” and then press “enter”. Next, you will perform the following steps: · Locate and then click to select the following registry key: · HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\WDSServer\Parameters · Right-click UdpPortPolicy, and then click Modify. · In the Value data box, type 0, and then click OK. · On the File menu, click Exit to exit Registry Editor. · Restart Windows Deployment Services. If you do require a static port range you could try one of the two methods listed in the same Microsoft KB article. Please keep us posted on your progress.
