In the SCCM 2007 R3 , the PXE Point after starting it stop working?

the PXE Point after configure it and Activate it and tested it , suddenly I found PXE point not working ,

please can you feed me back about this problem , any steps .

or please can you feed me back how can I make the PXE point working permanent
