Edit: The problem still exists. It works for about 5 minutes before it reverted back to its old form. There we no changes made between it working and it not working.

 

The errors in the SMSPXE.log is different though.

At last I was able to find the real issue.

 

I had to export the Distribution Point Certificate, but I had placed it in the My Documents for the user I was logged in as. When I moved it to the Sources folder that has read access to everyone, the PXE portion was able to work, and has continually worked.

 

Now I have an issue with the task sequence running and not being able to find the Boot image, even though it has been deployed to the distribution point.
