I think the best place to get that answer is from your Microsoft representative, if you have the Core or Enterprise CAL you should be ok to install Configuration Manager, do you ?

i believe TrueSec sell an application to manage small deployments of Endpoint Protection

 

here is their website explaining it, there's a trial download too

alternatively there is Windows Intune which can install and manage (via the cloud) the Windows Intune version of Endpoint Protection, it's not free either but it works very well indeed
