Problems after software rollout

I have Installed Adobe Reader silently to over 500 machines. 446 were successful. i tried creating a collection to find All Adobe Reader Version lower then the Latest packaged rolled out and SCCM stills shows me over 500 machines in the query. any Ideas why it is doing so? i just want to find all those machines that did get the Latest version

When did you deploy the Reader to your machines? The SCCM Inventory gets updates according to the Hardware Inventory cycle of your clients. So it may take a while to see some results. The standard value is 7 days. Anyways, the query in your collection could also be wrong.
