What programs they have opened, when PC was active, when not. What they are doing etc I kinow, there is software metering, but is it possible to monitor all software on user PC? One thing you might look at is client activity and last login times in the properties of the users device. At least that gives you some sort of idea of when the user was utilizing their devices.
