randy Posted July 13, 2012 Report post Posted July 13, 2012 Hi All, We are about ready to deploy SCCM 2012. One of my goals with this new version is to make it easier on our Helpdesk group. Part of this will be done by using the Application Catalog. For those of you already running 2012, and have implemented the Application Catalog, how is that experience going for your users? For OSD, I'm sure there's an easier way than what we're currently doing. Basically, unknown support is being used for new computers. For a refresh, they manually add a machine in the console, to the appropriate collection. What method(s) do any of you use for OSD with regards to refreshing a machine?
