kyjeeper Posted July 26, 2012 Report post Posted July 26, 2012 Winterwy, Do you mind giving details on where/what you did in IIS? I am experiencing the same issue. Thnx!
bfry24 Posted October 27, 2012 Report post Posted October 27, 2012 I am running into the issue and I only have 2 sites listed in IIS, Default Web Site and WSUS and both are set to Anonyoums Authentication. I even deleted the OS folders for the operating systems, and recreated them. Deleted and recreated the OS Installers and Task Sequences but it still gives me the error when applying the OS. I would appreciate any additional help with this. smsts.log
ahamilto Posted October 30, 2012 Report post Posted October 30, 2012 I was able to solve this issue by enabling Anonymous Auth on Default Web Site /SMS_DP_SMSPKG$ It was not enough to just have it enabled on Default Web Site. bfry24 Posted October 30, 2012 Report post Posted October 30, 2012 I did enable SMS_DP_SMSPKG$ but that did not fix my issue.
Leethenewf Posted December 11, 2012 Report post Posted December 11, 2012 I was having the same issue, and what fixed it for me was under Properties for the Distribution Point, in the General Tab, it was set to HTTPS, and once I changed that to HTTP, it worked fine...
