bloodybearr Posted August 29, 2012 Report post Posted August 29, 2012 Hello, again i came here for the help. some days im trying to get what problem is. so, i got secondary site with 16 distribution points, package installed on 10 of them, and on 6 its in install pending. on ping command 2 of them responded with "request timed out" 1 of them responded with "could not find host" so there still 3 points. on one of them i cant connect via admin shares, but i can connect to it via rdp, but someone logged in tehre, so i cant get any information from files there is still 2 machines i can connect to them via shares, but cant find any logs. on the secondary site (where this distribution points is) in distmgr.log on main machine writed that No Action specified for the package on server. in sender.log there is spam with this records Connecting to D:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\inboxes\schedule.box\outboxes\LAN. Rocket Man Posted August 29, 2012 Report post Posted August 29, 2012 To start with What does your component,site status and distribution point configuration status look like in the Monitoring node?(all healthy with green ticks)? Is the WAN links between the 10 sites that are successful and the 6 that are not successful any different in bandwidth terms?? How exactly did you set up the remote DPs? bloodybearr Posted August 30, 2012 Report post Posted August 30, 2012 everything green, but only SMS_DISTRIBUTION_MANAGER got 19 errors currently. its the same with bandwidth on all machines. unfortinatly i cant tell how it was setuped, just because i didnt do that. bloodybearr Posted August 31, 2012 Report post Posted August 31, 2012 yup :[ everything is the same. distribution point getting the package, but cant do anything with it. i just dont know why, still looking for. tryed everything that was possible. i can manualy connect and copy everything to everywhere, but via sccm its stands on install pending.
