I keep getting the attached error. Please see my configuration below. I have been trying to figure this out for half a day now and I decided to reach out to the experts on this. I got the HP working by injecting the NIC driver into the x86 boot image but on the VMWARE machine this looks like something totally different. Do I need to add any mass storage drivers or NIC drivers for the VMWARE machine to work, I am using the E1000 network card? This does not seem to be a NIC card driver issue that I can see but what do i know lol. Any help on this would be much appreciated.

VMWARE Server 1: AD, DNS, DHCP
VMWARE Server 2: SCCM 2012, SQL, WDS
VMWARE Windows 7 x64.
Physical box HP 6200 x86.
