rendog131 Posted September 4, 2012 Report post Posted September 4, 2012 I have been testing out Configuration Manager 2012 and am having some issues with the remote control feature. I have added my domain account as a "full administrator" however when I try to use remote control it fails. When I try to remote control the same client using the SMSAdmin account it connects fine. Coenie Posted September 21, 2012 Report post Posted September 21, 2012 Hi, Did you create a "client settings" template for the systems in question, and under "Remote tools", have you stipulated "Permitted viewers of remote Control and Remote Asisstance"?
