Primary to Secondary Sites Site managed locally

I have this scenario independent main site I suggest others to manage geographically distant sites, are in the same directory or domain, but in different countries, I have little bandwidth and implementations want, take all the local administration in each country (a console sccm 2012 by country), but replication of inventory, states and other reports to my primary site independent in my headquarters, they recommend? Your contribution will be of much help
