gvlaarho Posted September 11, 2012 Report post Posted September 11, 2012 I have read that normally SQL 2008 R2 Sp2 is compatible with SCCM 2012. But some site relate about problems and CU1 for SP2 should be installed. Many people have problems installing this CU1. So, what is best (I am implementing sccm 2012) SP1 CU7 or SP2 CU1. Thanks

No issues and everything reporting green. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg682077.aspx#BKMK_SupConfigSQLDBconfig it is a supported sql server version with no cup required. SiegmundB Posted September 13, 2012 Report post Posted September 13, 2012 yes, I can confirm that it works (it saved me a few minutes not having to apply a Cumulative update to the SP1 instead)
