liquidtoon Posted September 12, 2012 Report post Posted September 12, 2012 Hi All, This is my first post and I hope I have put this in the correct place, apologies if not. We have (After multiple attempts) installed SCCM 2012 sucessfully and rolled out to client machines. However now all the clients are showing as inactive. We have to change some settings server side as we were having issues on the client machines and we thought SCCM was causing the issue. Is there something that needs turning on to check if the clients are active? Also, I have just noticed that the Client Certificate on the client machine has changed from PKI to None, is there a specific reason for this? Rocket Man Posted September 12, 2012 Report post Posted September 12, 2012 This is why your clients are showing as inactive because they do not have the certificate so they can not report back.(thus being seen as inactive)......you must trace back the steps you have changed to undo this, especially if they were showing as active initially before the changes..
