Network Access Account Password issue

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

I am running a lab with SCCM 2012 CTP SP1. have astrange problem in regards to the Network Access Account password. I've been having an issue with PXE deployments not working and failing with the 0x80004005 message.

I found that my NAA account was showing a bad password so I went in and re-entered the password and got a successfull verification. Tried a deployment and got the same error code as before and when I checked my NAA account and did a verify it told me the password was wrong?? No matter how many times I put the correct password in, it never seems to apply and I get the messae "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007052E).Error is attached.

I have tried using a different account and the same issue occurs.

Any help would be appreciated as I am going crazy here!

Regards,

Ben Rossiter

I see this problem has not been solved or at least the answer is not here. I am running into the same problem as the the first person has anyone found a solution? I've even tried my account and it is setup as an Administrator on the SCCM box. Any direction would be greatly appreaceated.

Thanx,

Hammy
