I need secondary site on the remote server to be installed from the primary?

Hi I want to know the software requirements for the secondary site, in addition to permits; need set the same as the primary? I read that webdav is not necessary at the secondary site? NETFramework need 4? the sql is installed, but before starting the secondary site and assuming that the sql is downloaded (SQL Express)
