SCCM 2012 Data and Database Migration

Hello,

 

I have a standalone primary SCCM 2012 site and the C:\ is filling up pretty quickly. I have additional drives but I am not sure how to move DP content and the database to another drive. Can anyone provide me with a good guide or tutorial for attempting this?
