MpSetup; help please

Question

I am installing a secondary site from the console and is achieved except install management point, I get critical error and validate and entire IIS, BITS enabled, remote differential Comprehension, the firewall is disabled, and I istalado other and this has not it wont let me, the installation user accounts as local administrators are on computers, the sql is installed on the server either, but the install fails mp. I have already several days searching and find nothing, all features are enabled als, here I leave the log of mp. secondary server.
