Remove uninstalled SCCM 2012 secondary bad and I get on the console only in the secondary site server

hi all, remove the console of a site, delete it, but apparently something happened that when I want to reinstall tells me that there is an instance already installed on the same server, uninstalled apparently was wrong and I can not remove manually from the control panel it says can not find the sql, and indeed is not locally, but I want to remove it, there is a manual way to uninstall the secondary site sccm 2012 .. on the console and appears I was desintalo, but the server if the program exits the control panel but can not be removed
