Validation package list on the distribution point sccm 2012

Hi all, I have a primary site and installed a secondary, but by observing the state of the distribution points and its contents I get the following warning, that has not been validated packete, and forward it to the secondary site server and warning continues, to monitor SMSDBMON.LOG.LOG.

The account is in the Administrators group, also the installation account since two of them are good,

Have you configured the SQL ports (TCP port 1433 and 4022) for SQL replication between sites??

I have the same problem what Anakin reported in our SCCM, What needs to be done on this?. Please suggest me.
