danchiste Posted October 6, 2012 Report post Posted October 6, 2012 I wonder if the SCCM 2012 does not work or allow the user to install a particular software on the machine. Like a whitelist or a blacklist of programs that can be installed or not. I know that the tool automatos do that, do not know if this works with SCCM 2012. Peter van der Woude Posted October 6, 2012 Report post Posted October 6, 2012 An Application can have a lot of (self created) Dependencies and/or Requirements. With that you can specify where and where not it can be installed. Besides that you can also decide not to make the software available to the specific user. Peter van der Woude Posted October 8, 2012 Report post Posted October 8, 2012 I think you are looking to configure some requirements on a Deployment Type, in that case take a look here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg682174.aspx#BKMK_Step61 and http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg682048.aspx
