bademeister Posted October 12, 2012 Report post Posted October 12, 2012 Hello, during the task sequence I get errors while I'am installing driver for XP. I downloaded all the necessary driver cap files and uploaded it to SCCM 2012. I have no clue what I'm doing wrong. Please have a look into the smsts.log which is attached here to this post. bademeister Posted October 12, 2012 Report post Posted October 12, 2012 Here is the overview about the TS. Where is the problem!?
Oneone Posted October 12, 2012 Report post Posted October 12, 2012 How does your query look like? WMI or something else? Here is your problem "The step (Windows XP - E6420 x86) must be running in WinPE"
bademeister Posted October 12, 2012 Report post Posted October 12, 2012 Which query you mean!? E.g.: for the E6410 I add the following WMI query: select * from win32_computersystem where model like '%E6410%' This worked so far I can see that in the log
Oneone Posted October 12, 2012 Report post Posted October 12, 2012 You need to move those before you install the client, like this. Do you see the difference? Because you need to be inside WinPE.

bademeister Posted October 23, 2012 Report post Posted October 23, 2012 After some investigation into this problem, I found out that the ST Micro Accelerometer is causing the problem during the installation.
