Hi everyone.. I have a challange in Active Directory and can not solve it by myself.
We are using a "read only replica" of AD 2008 as our source of userinfo feeding the SCCM.
that is working and are not the problem itself. For a while ago we ended up with some of the accounts in duplicates and the info i received from the vendor of our incidentprogram was that a user with:
are involved in this and should be repaired or recreated...
This is totally arabic language to me.. i´m used to see it like 1-5-xxxx-xxx and so on. I know this is not a SCCM issue but as i also know.. there are some AD - geeks in here somewhere.:-)
Can someone explain what the odd objectsid is and how to translate or extraction of the correct one is done ??
i can with my own "Hyena" see the correct sids on all users.. but the odd one i can not see..
(my option is if not solved to remove replica and scratch install it again.. not wanting that)
