SCCM_HelpMe Posted October 30, 2012 Report post Posted October 30, 2012 Hi, Apologies if this has been posted before! Our service desk staff use SCCM remote tools to remote control user computers. Since we deployed windows 7, if the Service desk users do something to invoke the UAC prompt, the remote session gets a black screen and the user being controlled sees the UAC dialog box. I have enabled the policy Allow UIAccess Applications to prompt for elevation without using the secure desktop but this has not worked. Reading around this seems to be an issue for most people.
