MDT 2012 Update 1 UDI custom page

Can someone please help me with the following.

 

I want to create a custom page for UDI wizard, where I can input the computer description, so it will update the description for the computer account in AD..

Have you looked at the UDI Wizard designer and tried to add a 'Build your own page' page to a StageGroup? What exactly do you need help with?

I have created the page, but need to know how/where to use the variables, so the description will appear in the AD under the object description

There are some great screencasts on TechNet that walk you through customizing the wizard pages in MDT UDI you might want to check out. Also, the Deliver and Deploy page on the Springboard Series page of TechNet has a great deal of resources for planning and pushing out Windows.
