Unable to perform in place XP to Win7 migration using Standalone media.

When booting from standalone media it is working fine but using this opting USMT backup restore will not happen.

Also cheked the site and SMP Connectivity it was fine.

Same TS is working fine when advertised over network via SCCM.

PFA TS and smsts log and suggest.
