PXE Boot HP4540s

Question

Hi,

We have an SCCM 2012 environment and everything is working fine.

We have purchased some new laptops (HP 4540s) but I can't seem to PXE boot these.

All I see is >>START PXE over IPV4.

Then very very quickly what looks like some ip/server information then the following error "An error occurred with the boot selection verify media is present and retry".

On occasions I will get PXE E18 timeout error.

All drivers are in boot image and every other laptop seems to work fine. I've had a play in the BIOS but can't see anything to get it working.

Would anyone have any clues?

See attached for what I captured - filmed in slow motion and then played in slow motion just so I could pause and screen capture.

Found this to be the Boot Mode in BIOS... eventually.

It was set to UEFI, now changed to Legacy mode and it now working.

SCCM will need SP1 when it is released to support the new BIOS of all computers in the future which will be UEFI.
