MSI Package & Software Installation through GPO

Dear All,

 

I need to install software packages (like Office, Acrobat, Firefox, WinRAR) on my network network client machine through GPO, i need to know how to perform this activity positively.

 

Also need to know how to convert EXE package to MSI package which is required for the software installation through group policy.
