Access Rights Issue

If i give the full rights for Software Distribution Container and Software updates container for software deployment and patch management one of my colleague, as he is new for SCCM.

If i give him full access, will there be any effect on Site Management Container?. can he do any modifications for site setting?.

will there be any effect on other DP's located in other cities?.

Please let me know. its very urgent.

If you grant access to software distribution and software updates, that user will not be able to change site settings. Don't give him access on Site Settings.
