Constant error in smsdbmon.log

I am constantly getting the below error message in the smsdbmon.log file. What does this mean, is it important and how do I get rid of it?

It is always the same error message and happens a lot (45 times in a minute).

Have you applied SP1 already? This bug should have been fixed with CU2 already.

Yes, SP1 is applied.

How do I fix this since I already have SP1 installed?

I would open a support case with Microsoft. That's a bug.
