SCCM 2012 from SP1 Beta to SP1 RTM (UNINSTALL THE SITE)

My company currently have an installation of SCCM 2012 sp1 beta and my clients have sccm version 5.77.11.000 , i need to uninstall

 

the site to go for sccm 20120 SP1 RTM and i need to do it carefully , so is there a step by step document that show what should i take

 

care of in regard of DB , AD ,,,etc ... what about my clients and how should assign them the new site ?
