Application Supersedence in SCCM SP1

Recommended Posts

I'm currently using SCCM SP1 cmdlets and I can't seem to find the right parameter and cmdlet for creating a supersedence rule in applications. It doesn't seem like it's included in Set-CMApplication. If this is unavailable are there any alternatives for this? I need to deploy new versions (ex. Winrar 9.19 to Winrar 9.20) to clients without removing the application settings being used in the previous version, so the method of deploying an uninstallment and then deploying the installment of the newer version will not do.

Thanks,
Anson
