Automatic Deployment Rules Cant creating Software update group/Deployment

 

i tried to Deploy all windows 8 updates in my windows 8 environment.

i had created manual software update and pushed SU and installed for all windows 8.

then i create 1 ADR for only windows8 devices.

it has ,

 

Date Released or Revised : last 1 week (7days)

Product: windows 8

Superseded : No

 

Evalualtion schedule : every 1 week Wednesday .

 

i saw that, this rule ran but not created any software update group or deployment. and No error come up.

please Help me out.

if you need any more information please let me know.

It says:

The rule resulted in no updates being found. Skip deployment creation or update..

 

 

Which means your update criteria can't find any updates to put in a Software Update Group, hence no SUG is created and deployed. Look over your criteria in the ADR.

but week before this ADR went trough and create software update group. but last week it didnt went trough, i dont know what to do.

 

i have 9 more ADR for Different group and times, pretty much they are working with this Search Criteria,

please check this search Criteria, and please advice.

I'm no expert, but if the ADR in your first post picks updates released last week, then perhaps there weren't any updates released this week matching the other criteria?

 

The ADR in your last post would pick every update released which isn't superseded, for those products.
