Migrate SCCM 2012 from Windows Server 2008 R2 to Windows Server 2012.

What you could try is to make a boot media and boot that via UEFi and then it will format and partition the disk with UEFI gpt. Have you tryed that? :)

 

Notice that you have to format the USB using FAT32 to be able to boot UEFi.
