Software Inventory user collection

Can someone please help me with a query for software inventory. I am try to create a collection of USERS who have a specific program/software installed. Thank you so much!!

Problem here is that a user doesn't have software installed.... a device has the software installed.... The only option might be to link it with the primary user of the device, or with the last logged on user.
