Earlier this week, after successfully getting the agent installed on all our computers, we started to notice that MANY of the computers run through a scan disk on start up (an entire lab of 18 PCs will do it at the same time).

Earlier this week, after successfully getting the agent installed on all our computers, we started to notice that MANY of the computers run through a scan disk on start up (an entire lab of 18 PCs will do it at the same time).
I'm thinking this has to do the the client health evaluation that may be forcing it to do a scan disk, but then I don't understand why it'd be doing it to that many PCs and multiple times (once a day). I'm thinking this may be a solution http://blog.coretech.dk/kea/configure-client-remediation-in-configmgr-2012-to-monitor-only-using-settings-management/ but I was hoping to get a second opinion here.
