Windows Update Configuration baseline

Does anyone know if its possible to create a configuration baseline to monitor computers with latest updates?

With custom scripting it should be possible, but why would you want that? When you use the buildin functionality to deploy updates, you've got lot's of out-of-the-box reports that will give you exactly that information.
