Wallacetech Posted April 30, 2013 Report post Posted April 30, 2013 Hi Guys. I am looking for some clarity on a situation. I have been using SMS 2003 from day one and typically deploy software to users and to workstations. I have got SCCM 2012 SP1 setup and running, I have setup a App-V application and distributed it to a collection that has my test user account in. Now i have been bangingin my head againt a wall with this as no matter what i do or what i check the Application or an App-V application never arrive in the software center. However if i make said applications deploy to a collection of workstations then the software arrives in the software center in minutes. So do you not distribute software direct user accounts anymore? Thanks in advance
Rocket Man Posted April 30, 2013 Report post Posted April 30, 2013 Are you deploying the apps as available or manadtory? Deploy as available to user collections to avail of the Application catalog not software center. Deploy to systems and it shows in software center!
