CAS - ERROR: Failed to set up SQL Server certificate for service broker

Hello - I'm attempting to install Config Mgr. for the first time. I following your deployement guide step for step and I'm slowly working through the issues. This error has me stumped.

The first steps of the install check out.... no major warnings. However, I'm getting the following error

I've looked up and have tried just about every possible solution and cannot get past this error.

 

What am I missing?
